Waiver of Business Registration Fees for Hong Kong Companies From 2019-2020

From the period of 1^st April 209 up to 31^st March 2020, the prescribed Business Registration Fee for non-Hong Kong companies will be discounted by an amount of HK$2,000.

 

The Prescribed Fee for Registration of a Company and Business

The prescribed fee for registration of a company and business registration is also discounted by the same amount of HK$2,000 within the same period of 1^st April 2019 to 31^st March 2020.

*The Legislative Council is in charge of overseeing amendments to the relevant legislative. The Business Registration Office is given the power to inform the appropriate companies of the proper amount payable should the relevant legislative amendment is not approved or amended by the Legislative Council.
