Employers who undergo the programme demonstrate their long-term commitment to quality training and development.
The Programme has rigorous criteria that requires an employer’s trainees to pass exams, meet professional experience requirements, undergo professional development training, and more. Supervisors who oversee trainees’ progress must be authorized and qualified accountants.
Approved Employers will be consistently monitored by ACCA to ensure that employers continue to meet the same high standards they demonstrated when they were approved for the programme. Employers also have to regularly update the ACCA on ongoing developments and changes.
The Programme also allows companies to tap into ACCA’s extensive resources and global network of highly qualified finance professionals while ensuring employees have access to continued professional development.
