Open a local bank account in Cambodia and deposit a minimum amount of 4 million KHR in this bank. After deposition of the capital, the local bank will then provide proof of capital investment which must be submitted for obtaining a company registration certificate.

Select a Unique Company’s Name

You need to select a company name and get approval from business registration department. Further, this department comes under the Ministry of Commerce which checks for the uniqueness of the business name. You need to submit the following to BRD:

  • Three copies of application copy for the company’s name
  • One copy of the payment receipt
  • Three copies of ID proof
  • Three copies for passport

The process of registration of the company takes up to 5 to 7 days.
