- We will do the company name search and check the proposed name(s) availability and contact you within 24 hours (See Guide to select your Company Name for more information)
- Email us the required company information and payment proof of forming a Hong Kong company, including the fees
- Once we received your payment, we will then email you all the Hong Kong company registration documents for your signatures.
- Once we receive the scanned signed documents from you, we will contact you to perform a basic identity verification.
- Upon completion of the verification, we will proceed to incorporate the company with CR
- The Companies Registry (CR) will issue your official Certificate of Incorporation, your company is now legally registered in Hong Kong
